Service Overview

ValUMinds operates in the areas of Business Consulting, Wealth Management, and Finance Education. Across these segments, ValUMinds may provide services directly and/or through collaboration, coordination, facilitation, referral, onboarding support, execution support, implementation support, training support, or service integration with third-party service providers, product manufacturers, professionals, execution partners, institutions, platforms, consultants, trainers, or regulated intermediaries, as may be required from time to time for service delivery, operational efficiency, client facilitation, or regulatory compliance.

Wealth Management Services

The Wealth Management segment may include facilitation, distribution, coordination, investor servicing, documentation support, onboarding assistance, transaction support, and access support in relation to financial products and services including, without limitation, mutual funds, bonds, debentures, non-convertible debentures (NCDs), insurance products, demat-related services, digital asset / crypto trading support through service providers, PMS distribution, AIF distribution, estate-planning support, will-writing facilitation, and such other financial products, allied products, or related solutions as may be legally permissible and relevant to client requirements from time to time, subject to applicable law, eligibility, partner/provider availability, and product-specific documentation.

Regulatory Status

ValUMinds is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor and acts as a distributor/facilitator for mutual fund products offered by Asset Management Companies ("AMCs"). Where other financial products or services are facilitated, the relevant product, service, distribution, advisory, issuance, insurance, demat, digital-asset, portfolio management, estate-planning, or execution activity may be undertaken by the concerned insurer, issuer, depository participant, broker, exchange member, portfolio manager, AIF manager, legal professional, regulated intermediary, institution, or third-party partner, as applicable from time to time.

Compliance-First Approach

ValUMinds adopts a compliance-first approach and shall obtain, renew, maintain, or work through such registrations, licenses, certifications, approvals, empanelments, consents, permissions, and authorizations from the relevant regulatory, statutory, governmental, self-regulatory, industry, or professional bodies as may be applicable from time to time for the services, products, facilitation arrangements, and activities undertaken by it, whether directly or through duly authorized third-party providers or partners. This is intended to protect the interests of ValUMinds and its clients and to ensure that services are undertaken within the framework of applicable law and regulatory requirements as may change from time to time.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, as applicable from time to time, and courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory statutory redressal mechanism.
